Privacy Policy — Sleek Bundles Upsell

Sleek Bundles Upsell ("the App") is developed and operated by Ecom Swift LLC ("we", "us"). The App provides product bundling and upsell functionality for Shopify stores. This policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices available to merchants.

1. Information we collect

When a merchant installs the App, we access certain information through the Shopify APIs, limited to what the App needs to function:

  • Store information: shop name, domain, email address, plan, and store settings, used to operate the App and provide support.

  • Product information: products, variants, images, prices, and collections, used to let merchants build bundles and to display bundle offers on the storefront.

  • Order information: order line items and totals attributable to bundles created with the App, used solely to provide bundle analytics (such as revenue per bundle) to the merchant.

  • Bundle configuration: the bundles, discounts, layouts, and settings a merchant creates in the App.

  • Aggregated usage events: anonymous counts of bundle impressions, clicks, and add-to-cart events on the storefront, used to show the merchant conversion analytics. These events are not tied to an identifiable shopper profile.

The App does not collect or store shopper names, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment details, or any other personally identifiable customer information.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the App's features (bundles, discounts, upsells, analytics).

  • To apply bundle discounts automatically at checkout through Shopify's native discount APIs.

  • To provide merchant support and respond to inquiries.

  • To bill for the App through Shopify's billing system. We never see or store payment card details; all charges are processed by Shopify.

  • To improve the App's reliability and performance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information. We do not use store data for advertising.

3. Data sharing

We share information only with service providers required to run the App — our application hosting infrastructure — and only to the extent necessary to operate the service. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Data retention and deletion

  • Bundle configurations and analytics are retained while the App is installed.

  • When a merchant uninstalls the App, Shopify revokes our API access immediately.

  • We honor Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. Upon receiving a shop/redact request (sent by Shopify 48 hours after uninstall), we delete the store's data from our systems.

  • Merchants may also request deletion at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

5. GDPR & CCPA

For merchants and their customers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California: we act as a "processor" (or "service provider") of store data on the merchant's behalf. The merchant is the data controller of their store's data. We process data only to provide the App's functionality as described in this policy. Data subjects may exercise rights of access, correction, or erasure through the merchant, and we will assist the merchant in fulfilling such requests, including through the Shopify privacy webhooks described above.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with access controls on secured infrastructure. Storefront API requests made by the App are authenticated and signed. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we process.

7. Cookies and storefront behavior

The App's storefront widget stores a small amount of technical data in the shopper's browser (such as a dismissed-notice flag) strictly for functionality. It does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not follow shoppers across sites.
